  • Property name is provided and contains at least 5 characters

  • Property size is provided

  • Description is provided in English and contains at least 400 characters

Reservation modifications

Reservation modifications via Rentals United are not synchronised with TravelStaytion.

Guests and hosts cannot modify the reservations via TravelStaytion. Only the Reservation Agent can modify the booking on behalf of them. In this case TravelStaytion modifies this reservation in Rentals United, too.

Reservation cancellations

Host needs to cancel the reservation in the channel dashboard. Cancellations are synchronised to Rentals United.

Guest can cancel the reservation. In this case TravelStaytion cancels this reservation in Rentals United, too.

Cancellation penalties TravelStaytion may charge the host a 15% cancellation fee and decrease the rating of the listing in the search results
